Kenton X. Chance is a Vincentian journalist. He has a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication and  a Master of Arts in international affairs. He records some of his experiences  his blog: I Witness – Taiwan Through My Eyes.

    • Thank you Mitzi for you kind and encouraging comments. As per my opinion on the referendum, I think that it should that our democracy is strong and developing.
